At Annie’s Store, we want you to shop with confidence.

Once you receive your order from the courier, you have the right to inspect and try the product before keeping it.

If you decide not to keep the item, you may return it immediately to the courier at the time of delivery. In this case, the customer will only be responsible for paying the shipping fees.

Please note:

• The item must be returned in its original condition.

• Items that show signs of use or damage may not be accepted.

• Refund requests must be made at the time of delivery with the courier.
